

Professional profile
Malene Blom Sillesen deals widely with cases within energy and supply law. Malene thus advises municipal, public and private utility companies on energy and supply law matters, including in particular the regulation of waste, electricity and heat.
Malene also has experience with issues relating to the Planning Act, EU environmental regulation and related issues within general administrative law.
In addition, Malene has experience with tenders in accordance with the Tender Act, the Tender Act and the Utilities Directive, as well as with both large and small business cases.
Finally, Malene has extensive experience in litigating in the Danish courts and in arbitration.
