Jakob Kjær Thorsøe works with the legal aspects of supply legislation within water, waste water, heat and electricity supply, including when preparing notes and advising the office’s clients.
Jakob’s work concerns both the utility companies’ special and individual supply conditions, but also the company law challenges that the utility companies encounter in the interaction between public law and private law regulation.
In addition, Jakob participates in the preparation and treatment of court cases and conducts his own court cases. In addition, Jakob teaches at Advokatfirmaet Energi & Miljø’s courses in supply and general legal matters, respectively.
In previous employments, Jakob has particularly dealt with public law matters, including general administrative law and municipal matters.
