Jakob Kjær Thorsøe works with the legal aspects of supply legislation within water, waste water, heat and electricity supply, including when preparing notes and advising the office’s clients.
In addition to the special conditions of the utility companies, Jakob works particularly with the company law and contract law issues that the utility sector encounters.
Jakob often conducts court cases, just as Jakob assists the office’s clients with inspections and estimates, as well as in cases before various valuation commissions.
In the past, Jakob has dealt with public law matters, including general administrative law and municipal matters. In addition, Jakob has worked with debt collection and marketing, as well as participated in lawyer Pernille Aagaard Truelsen’s preparation of the Danish Parliament’s legal investigation regarding the disposal and burial of mink in 2021.
