Helle Qvortrup Bachmann provides legal advice mainly on energy law, environmental law, utility law, public administrative law and sports law.
Helle has experience working on cases regarding the building and expansion of district heating, the price regulation of the heat supply area, transmission and distribution of electricity, the economic regulation of the electricity network companies, regulation on renewable energy, debt collection for utilities, environmental law mattes, public administrative law matters and process.
Helle also provides legal advice on sports law, mainly on regulatory matters, dispute resolution in national and international sport, negotiation and drafting of contracts and disciplinary matters.
Helle serves as judge at the International Cycling Union’s (UCI) Anti-Doping Tribunal, as a member of the Danish Anti-Doping Tribunal, as a member of the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) Independent Anti-Doping Hearing Panel and as a substitute member of the Danish Matchfixing Tribunal.
Helle teaches on energy and utility law, debt collection for utilities and sports law.
